I have a fretboard that has white oval shapes at 3, 5 7, 9 12 etc. Inside the white oval markers ar dots at number 5 there is one dot at number 7 there are two dots, at number 9 there are 3 dots etc. DFo you think this is an mci fretboard? many thanks tbh

If the ovals you speak of are a white oval with a white line around it then that is the configuration on an MCI fretboard. They are made of a thin flexible grainy textured plastic type material.

The material is Lexan. Specifically the fret board is back-printed on velvet Lexan.
