I'm a new member with a beautiful Marlen D10 pedal steel guitar for sale. I'm a guitar player and play lap steel also. I don't know a lot about pedal steel but I know this is a fine instrument. I believe it was built around mid to late '60's. The labels are gone but it has "Marlen" inscribed on each neck. I can't find a serial number. I would appreciate any help with specifics to pinpoint the age. The electronics are fine... The guitar sounds great! It has a three-way neck selector switch, and a two-way tone selector switch. The tuners are Klusen Deluxe. The pickup covers are a 4-ply green color, if that helps determine tha date. I removed the old strings to give it s good cleaning, I will put new strings on. It will need set-up adjustment. If you, or someone you know would be interested in this beauty please contact me. It comes with the original hard case. Thanks for looking. $2150

Can you post more pics? Underside, front etc?

How much are you asking?

As for serial #, it would have had a metal plate underneath.

The guitar comes with the original hard shell case. Shipping is negotiable. Depending on the buyer's location... We may work out a delivery, or do standard shipping. My phone is: 765-891-8404.

Serial number may also be stamped into the bottom edge of the rear apron, near the keyhead. Winking
