Good article. Maybe he don't get the shobud out much. But it's clearly a shobud in some videos I've seen on youtube and some pictures. There's an upclose video of them doing way more blues in a studio room. But the ShowPro is a beautiful guitar also. I'd love to have one someday.

Brett plays a Sho Pro on tour now. He use to play an old Sho Bud which you will see in the older videos. He's also got an amzing steel he doesn't tour with, ask him about it sometime!!

Thanks for the kind words, Zach. The Shobud in question, with which I toured for five years and about 1200 shows with Whitey, now belongs to my great friend Trent. It's a beautiful Pro-III with metal necks and BL710's. I'm now playing a Show Pro and can't say enough good things about it.

Here's the Sho-Bud:

Hey Brett,

I recently discovered your band - can't take it, that I didn't do that much earlier! Man, your sound and style of playing is absolutely awesome!! And your steel on the last Album is exactly what I wanted to sound like since I startet playing in 2010 and never reached.
I hear "Hard Times & White Lines" every morning, since I've found it.
On this Album the PSG got it's right place in the mix and songs for the first time, compared to the earlier albums. It's right on spot and next to the lead vocals!
This album for me blogs to one of the greatest country albums ever!

Cheers from Germany

Guido
