I ("believe it or not!") just found out that my left knee lever, right, (LKR) lowers my second string on my E9th neck from D# to C, with a half stop at D! Does anyone know what change that makes??

Normally string 2 it is the major 7 of E, a D#.

The Lever can give you an E Dom 7 with D and E6 with C#.

The C# is the maj 3rd of AB pedals down A
( it is good to tune it to "chime" with your other C#s in AB downA )

The D becomes a sus 4 of A

With F lever and Pedal A
it takes the 9 of the E inversion 3 frets up, and drops it to b9, or lower an octave E

You might also likely have a raise on this string on another lever.

If it lowers all the way to C, it's not tuned properly. It should be tuned to stop at C#.

If it DOES go to C... or the b5th of E

then you should be playing out jazz, not country.

It would be the minor 3rd of A for AB down... but still not set up right as b0b noted.

You can probably adjust a set screw so the lever doesn't travel so far. Then it will stop at C#, which is more logical than going all the way to C.

Intresting! I'll re-adjust it to stop at C# to see what I can find!

Bob after you set the final travel to C# you may want to re-set the half stop.
