Looking for a program that will help a vocal sound better, as well as have a built in something to help the pitch.
Free would be OK, but I want something that will work, and work well. Perhaps you have heard of something? Thanks.

Soundtoys has a plug-in called MicroShift that emulates the subtler settings of an Eventide H3000 or AMS harmonizer. It's very rich sounding. With the mix pretty low it'll soften certain notes that you might hear as out of tune, and with it cranked up a little more it creates what sounds like a doubling effect.
I'm not way into plug-ins or anything but the Decapitator, Echoboy, and Microshift sound really great on vocals.
You may want to check out Melodyne if you're looking for something that can really help you go in and fix the clams. |
