Just a heads up to anyone in the vicinity of Medford Oregon, I will be playing 7 shows at The Southern Oregon Music Festival with Carolyn Martin and her great swing band.
I hope to see some of you there.

| I'm sure hoping I can catch at least one of those performances. It is rare that we get a good W. Swing band locally with a steeler. |

| I was able to attend a couple of the Band's venues. I loved their music. Every one in the Carolyn Martin group is a huge talent. Mike's playing was top shelf; Love his styling. A little joking: I was listening for mess-ups but didn't hear any. I knew Mike wasn't using his steel so didn't have the pulls, etc. he was used to. Great C6 work & all on a loaner Mullens D10 & loaner amp. Just goes to show a first class player can make unfamiliar loaner equipment sound great. I sure hope that group returns. |

It was great meeting you Don. And thanks for the kind words. Also a big thanks to Ned Sokol for the use of his guitar.
I think we may be back pretty soon. We all had a super time.
Heading back to Nashville Tennessee in the morning.
