I have a beautifull Excel D10,But having looked at a few other Excel models i was wodering if any one can tell me why all the other Excel guitars i have seen have a different headstock to the one i have. What i mean is the headstocks on the others are single sided like the MSA used to make, but the headstock on my ECL is made out of a one peice casting, i know this not that important but i just wondered because the rest of the steels i saw except for the finnish were identical in all the other dept.

Besides making design changes every once in a while like everybody else, almost every guitar Mitsuo makes has something special or different on it. Not to worry tho - all the important parts are interchangable. The best steel guitar on the market IMHO. -MJ-
