S12 Emmons pp

Hi folks, I'm looking to buy a S12 Emmons push pull. I've come close on ebay a time or two but the rotten so and so's wait till the last couple of seconds and drop in a big price that takes it over my top bid and I don't have time to outbid try to bid again. It doesn't need to be in tip top shape because I'm planning to have it completely restored and painted up as a tribute to Buddy. I will of course play it but eventually my plan wouldbe to donate it to the HOF. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
