Pedal Steel Guitar lessons near Sherman TX

I just purchased a pedal steel from a friend and he recommended that I get lessons in person. I would like to find an instructor near Sherman TX, however I work in the Dallas area so either location is good for me. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you ever find someone to give lessons? I am on the eastern side of the Metroplex and would like to take lessons from someone relatively close by as well.
