I have an old fender custom triple 8. The case is in pretty rough shape. Does anyone make replacement cases like the originals?

How about this?

Depends if looks or practicality are more important to you. A flight case style case would be a lot lighter than wood and probably stand up to damage better.

As far as I know, nobody makes an exact copy of the old Fender cases so whatever you get isn't going to be 100% period correct. All of the modern cases I have seen are very squared off with sharp edges, not rounded like on the old cases.

I was searching for the exact same case. Ended up getting one from Kevin Hatton. It's great. It takes a while to get one from him, but was worth it for me.
