Looks like a Guyatone to me. For $44, I'd snag it for sure.

So did Teisco make Guyatones? Did Guyatone make Teisco? My apology for bad info if it's bad info. Almost every cheap guitar & steel of that ilk (with foil pickups) seems to get called a Teisco, these days.
