Man, that's just really low.
About 10 years ago when I was assistant band leader and was going to lead worship on the New Year's Day Sunday morning service I received a call at 7 a.m. from the music director that all of our sound equipment and some other items were stolen. We were a "church in a box" at the time and rented a building in our town for Sunday service and all the gear was stored during the week in a trailer. Fortunately we had insurance but about $15,000 worth of gear was taken in the heist.
I hope the serial numbers are on file somewhere to possibly help in recovery efforts.
I assume when you wrote Dixon Dove what you really meant is Gibson Dove. _________________ Mark |

Time to check insurance, in many cases the musical equipment (Privately Owned) will not be covered unless it is a permanent part of the building and even that may be questionable,I had to buy something extra to cover my equipment when not at my home.

Guys, I use Clarion insurance.
Look them up @ the following.
www.clarionins.com
I have never had a claim ( praise God ), but they state in my policy that I am covered even when I leave it in the van, club, bus, studio, at your house, and even in flight or overseas.
Check it out and see what you think.
I hope this helps all of you.
God Bless, Billy Phelps / full circle sound |
