Having fun with Dom Turner
Dom Turner is working on his Doctorate (PHD) degree at the University of Sidney, Australia studying rare and unique styles of music in the United States. Sacred Steel was on his list of stops and the Queen of Sacred Steel, Nicolle Nikki D Brown was his subject of study. Turner collaborated with the University of Toledo for studio session time and made this joint venture a successful one.
Dom Turner of Sidney Australia, is a highly regarded speaker on blues and roots music. He received the songwriter of the year at the Australian Blues Awards in Goulburn, NSW in 2004. A sculpture in recognition of this honor can be viewed @ the Goulburn Visitors Centre. Click link below...
