I am sure some of the older Forumites started out with a Multi-Kord or Electraharp.I have a couple each in my collection and wonder if anyone would be interested in possibly playing one again just for fun. If so I will bring them to the Lexington show and have them in my display room for those that may want to Whang and Bang on one. Ed Naylor Steel Guitar Works.

What are the copedants on your MuliKords and Electraharps?

My first "pedal steel" was an 8-string, 6-pedal Electraharp. I tuned it to E9th (less the standard first and second strings). I only used three pedals ("A", "B" and "C"). I couldn't figure out how to bridge the gap for the kneelevers.

Keep on pickin'!

Hey Ed....I'd like to 'whang and bang' on one of those Electraharps...that was my first pedal steel and I still have the two end covers for it. See you in Lexington.
