I was wondering anyone know how to get in touch with Joe Kline or anyone who can change pedal setups on a Kline.

Larry,,,I can't share his email without his permission, but I can relay this message and advise him that you would like to talk to him. Also Paul Redmond does great set up on Klines, as does Rick Troyer at Hummingbird Music in Ohio.
