Always wanted one; it is the E-Bow PLUS (whatever THAT means) Gonna try it on my gig tomorrow. If IO can't get the hang of it, I will sell it.

They are a lot of fun but you do have to play around with them a bit to get used to them.

On the "plus" model, the switch goes in two directions - one gives you the straight note and the other a harmonic.

They are designed to rest on 2 non-adjacent strings and activate the one in the middle. As they are designed for guitar, they won't fit exactly onto a pedal steel so you'll have to find the sweet spot.

Many years ago, they made an Ebow for pedal steel, designed to activate 2 strings at once but they are super rare (and impossible to fix if you find a broken one). Unfortunately, the company have no plans to re-issue them Sad

The E-bow was a gift from Winnie Winston. Winnie was a very close friend, and I miss him very much. I was thew last person in America, aside from airport personnel, to see him before he died in New Zealand

I could never sell it.
