Eliminate one device at a time.
Unplug everything from the amp. Does it till hum??
Does the amp hum at home?
If the amp is quiet on its own it'll be a matter of hooking up one device at a time, repeating the process until you find a culprit.

There may be a dimmer switch, around you, sometimes on a ceiling fan? My single coil on my Sho~Bud can "sniff" one out within 10-12ft! Makes a very annoying buzz/hum, through my twin reverb! |

Indeed, power/ground loop might well be an issue.
