Just stumbled onto MO PITNEY on You Tube. What a truly great vocalist he is, in the old Country Music
tradition.

His steel player is really fine as well. What's the chance it's one of our own Forumites?

It's Mike Johnson. Killer Steel Player! He is a member and all around good guy.
Tone to the bone! I would love to know the settings he uses on that old NV400. By the way Mo ain't bad either.

Mo Pitney and his sister Holly sing together at times. They are both great, and yes, the ever awesome Mike Johnson on steel makes for a fantastic combination! He makes that Red Emmons sound superb!

BTW, I think Mike is touring with Reba right now...?

Yes, Mike is touring with Reba. He plays on Larry's Country Diner and Country's Family Reunion in addition to touring with Reba

I've been a big Mo fan for awhile now. I wish I knew when his birthday was; I would send him a hairbrushLOL!

If you like Mo, check out Amber Digby & Kimberly Murray. Same type REAL country music & very heavy on steel.

Great stuff! Thanks for posting Ray !
The only thing is, Mo's great voice dosn't seem to match his body. Mr. Green
