I'll be ordering a new mica guitar soon, and would like to use "wood grain" mica. Can you tell me anything about which mica manufacturers and suppliers steel builders use? Catalogs? Websites? I'd like to see some examples.

thanks a heap,
Drew

Have you already decided on the maker? It may be best to ask them who they use, and contact the supplier for samples - Formica are one of the bigger names and do "little" sample pack that have loads of examples of what they do.
