I've found that learning pedal steel, and having to use so many various techniques simultaneously while playing, has helped improve my focus. On the bandstand, when practicing, and in life in general.
Here are some tips to help you focus better when playing:

These can help you practice more efficiently, improve your attention to detail, and help you relax and play more deeply. Any other tips to help you get "in the zone" while you play?
Sincerely,
Casey _________________ https://playpedalsteel.com - An online resource for steel guitar. Download a FREE Pedal Steel Practice Book! |
