This is Buddy Charleton's personal 1966 Emmons (according to Buddy and Howard Whittington it is a 1966), it is a bolt on, it doesn't have a serial number, comes with original case.
As this is such a special guitar, please call me (910-296-7428) or PM me if you have any interest in the guitar, as the photos show, it is in very good condition. Have many more photos to anyone who has an interest in the guitar. Have a certificate from Kay Lee Charleton (Buddy's wife) and it naturally comes with the guitar.
Here is a photo of Buddy sitting at the guitar with Steinar Schroder. _________________ Billy Knowles

Billy - I reckon space is tight at your shop.
I'm more than willing to drive up and grab that guitar and keep it here for you!
Seriously, hope I can get up there and see that Emmons before it's gone. |

I have a black 66 bolton and several top brand all pull. Guess what, you already know, I now play the bolton exclusively. Nothing like that PP sound, IMHO.
I'd LOVE to have another one, but I KNOW the cost will be prohibitive.
I also feel it should be in the museum. |
