Help with chords, please

So I didn't know where to turn. This is not steel related, though I imagine a killer steel version could be done, can anyone help me out with the chords for this song? I've loved it for years, want to take a stab at playing it.

It's in Eb. Based on the sheet music, starting with the verse it goes:

I've left out some inversions. In the bars where there is a 6-, it is 3 beats of 6-, one beat of 4. The 57s in the chorus are in the same places as in the verse but I didn't write them in.
