I just put on my first set of jaguar strings.
I have always went with the analogy of strings are all made by one of three companies and as long as they are the right guage for me and nickle brand names didn't matter much to me.HOWEVER these strings are awesome!!!!!!!they have a different feel to them much more responsive under my fingers and the tone just reaches out and grabs ya. loved em!! I chose the tommy white arttist series. man I am sold nothing else for me. I might even buy guages to put a set on my six string. I just love the tone and how they feel.

Hi Scott. I used a set last year and liked them. I bought a set at the convention this year and plan to put them on before the Kansas show. See you then.

Scott, another reason to buy Jagwire is the fact that you can get them through the forum. I buy my strings here to help support the forum. Bob has given me excellent service. I just get them out of my mailbox (can't get him to email them to me). Maybe because I offered to fax some $20 bills to him for his trouble.

I also bought a set of stainless at the convention. As soon as I get off of here I'm gonna put um on. It takes me a while. Don't know about you guys but, when I change strings,I also clean the guitar real good. Mine really gets dirty in the Texas dancehalls we play in.

I agree with Scott. I always thought strings were strings untill I got my new Mullen that came with Jagwire strings on it. I wouldn't put anything else on it. They really are great strings.

Scott,
Thank you and the rest of you guys for choosing Jagwire strings, especially the Tommy White artist series. I very much appreciate that. I've been with the company since day one and could not be more pleased with the quality and service Danny and Jagwire provide. I feel sure you will find the same results.
Thanks again and my best,
T.W. www.tommywhite.net

Jagwire people are great also. I ordered two sets based on singles as suggested in a posting recently regarding the best guages for 24" scale guitars. Next day this nice lady calls and says that my gauge selection are identical to their Lloyd Green set, with the exception of one string. They would be happy to send the LG set, at about 2/3 the cost AND replace that one string with the guage I originally requested. That is great service. Also their Aluminum polish is amazing. My '73 ProI shines like never before, and it was actually black in places.

Well gang, I finished putting on my first two sets of Jagwires and they sound great. I try to change strings evey eight or nine months whether they need it or not. I'll give 'em a good work out tonight at the dance and really see how I like them.

I put Russ Hicks on the E-9th and Danny Hullihen on the C-6th. Sure hope those boys can play good together.

Thanks so much guys for the really kind comments about my Jagwire Strings. I appreciate all of you very much, and I am very proud and honored to have so many of the worlds biggest names in the industry endorsing Jagwire Strings. As Tommy White said, he has been with us ever since the beginning of the Company, and I am personally very honored to have Tommy with us, just as I am with all of our many Artist/Endorsers.

I am very happy to be able to provide the steel guitar world with what we believe to be the highest quality product money can buy, and I will always strive to do just that. Although I could probably go on here and write a book in these regards, it is YOU the players that speak the loudest, and it is YOU, our customers, dealers, and endorsers, that we want to hear from. There could never be enough words written to describe my sincere and heart-felt thanks to all of you. To say that you make us proud would be a bit of an understatement.

Roger, regarding how Russ and I sound together, we don't know that for sure yet, but I think we're going to find that out in the near future. Smile Stay tuned....
