Here's one with Paul that was recorded I believe in 76 or a bit later.. but not much later

The artist was a local Philly writer/performer one LP side was recorded in Philly the other side at Pete's Place.
The difference in production values was stunning.

I was on the Philly session and was but a freshman steel player and had no business in the studio.
I still have the album..

Hey Frank, surprisingly, although I haven't seen Ray in decades, I remember him as a clean cut, polyester leisure wearing , red haired guy.
I think the similarity is accidental since Willie had just hit the charts nationally with "Blues Eyes Crying"

and yes he does sound a little similar.. I wonder what happened to him..
