I'm lucky enough to get out and play music regularly with friends but as my circle of musical friends are mainly folk orientated I never get much chance to play the lap steel I bought 3 years ago.

I've been learning C6 and I recon I will have to 'go it alone' for now if i'm ever going to play out live with the lap steel.

I've still lots to learn so I'm writing simple stuff and i've found that playing through a multi effects pedal is one way to fill out the sound and make things interesting for anyone listening.
Here's one track i've recorded live

I'm quite new to the steel guitar world and if anyone on the forum can point me in the direction of other players who perform alone I'd like to hear what they do.
