I know I'm shooting for the moon here but one hasn't fallen from the sky yet... I just got a 57 1000 that only came with seven pedals and I'd really like to make it complete. I've got a rod but need everything else(pedal and cable assembly) to make this baby sparkle. I've also got a 58 1000 that was originally going to be a parts guitar but it cleaned up so nice that I can't bring myself to break it down. That one only came with four pedals so technically I guess I'm on the long hunt for five but would be really happy with any help in finding at least one! Thanks-Ben.

I have a pedal[stamped silver type],and a newer bell crank which will still fit, maybe with a little grinding down if clearance is an issue. Cables aren't hard to make yourself, especially if you only want to do one pull. PM me.

From my experience, which comes from turning a few silver frame 400s into 10/2 and 9/2 machines, it is cheaper to buy and ransack a 1000 with cosmetic issues than buy parts a la carte.

You need lots of parts. Buy a 1000 and sell what you don't need. Those guitars are worth more in parts than as a guitar, especially if you find one with a trashed finish.
