Need help with some values, please!

I would appreciate some help with values of three steel guitars, please. I'm selling these for a friend who is an orthopedic surgeon. He plays several instruments, buys a lot of equipment and doesn't have much time to use what he buys. Thus, these are all in mint condition. He tells me he bought all three new around 2006 - 2008.

10 string MSA Super Slide with a flight case

SD12 Mullen with 8 pedals and 5 knee levers

Double Ten GFI with 8 pedals and 5 knee levers

Any help would be appreciated!
