This Melbert 8 string lap steel was built 2 months ago and has some some small scratches from being handled in the store and customers playing it.
Genuine mahogany body, scale 23.25", .375 string spacing at bridge, .313 at nut. Bill Lawrence 705 pickup, deluxe sealed gear tuners, fretboard by Georgeboards, aluminum nut and bridge. Control cavity has 3 coats of Stew-Mac conductive shielding paint and shielded jack for low noise operation. 500K volume and tone control. Tuned in C6th with E on the treble 1st string.
Price $200 plus $24 shipping to Lower 48, $35 shipping to Hawaii. No international shipping. 90 day warranty to original owner. Tennessee residents add 9.5% sales tax: $21.28.

Wow. A GREAT deal. Sold in 1 hour. I have a six string just like it, and would have LOVED to have a matching 8 string at that price.
Oh well, I snoozed & I lost.
