Unknown, to me. It looks like a home-made copy of an old "fingertip" Sho~Bud. No telling when it was made, but that design is over 40 years old. The many extra holes underneath are evidence of a lot of "trial and error" changes.

Addendum: It looks like a push-pull type of system, with the reversing done on seperate bell cranks mounted to the body? Aside from the handles and the single-finger changer, it looks nothing like my old '60s Marlin. It does have roller nuts, which didn't become popular until the early '60s, but it has no knee levers (which became real popular in the mid-to-late '60), so it probably dates from the early '60s. The legs mounting in bolt-on sockets is rather unique.

Could be just "okay". Could be junk, too.

Looks a lot like an early Bigsby.

If it is it's a great deal for that amount of money

Looks very much like an old push-pull Marlen I owned. Same pickups, side handles, switch, etc. Mine was a D12.
I say it is one of the first Leonard Stadler creations or someone tried to copy it.......... JD
