Checking into this for a friend: any advice on a Recording King RG 32 steel? My buddy says he's looking at a mint one for $120. _________________ 1979 MSA U12 Pedal Steel

Do you mean the Recording King RG-31 or RG-32?
They're decent entry level lap steels. The pickups and tuners can be upgraded pretty easily if you desire, but they're fine as is. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel

FWIW, the Jersey Lightning was by Rogue, not Recording King. I had one and was quite satisfied with it. _________________ Some songs I've written |

Thanks, Steve. I've deleted that option as a suggestion.
Temporary brain fart, I guess. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel
