According to Mullen's website, Serial numbers starting with the letter M are Royal Precision. Serial numbers starting with a G are G2.
Serial numbers M0498-M0544 were built in 2007.
The first G2's were built in 2007, serial numbers G001-G015.
Hope this helps.

Looks like a Pre-G2 to me. Royal Precision under carriage and pedal spacing, but with G2 neck with splits in the changer. _________________ I know my playing is a bit pitchy, but at least my tone sucks |

Dale I took the time to look up serial no,s and the guitar was a 2007 and it has g2 parts and Royal Preci ion parts a special made steel for the one who first bought it. I should have looked it up before I put in the ad. thanks John |

It's a PRE G2. The straight shafts give it away. And Mickey is right, it was built new for Terry Bethel. _________________ www.joshturner.com

Yep Tyler, thought so...thanks for clarifying....If I'm not mistaken, the changer fingers are from the RP, of course these were later changed to polished aluminum minus the anodizing.. _________________ ARTIST RELATIONS: MSA GUITARS
