| I watched Presley's Country Jubilee last night and have to compliment Dean Holman on his tone while playing a Mullen G2. He always sounds good and most likely has several guitars, but the tone and definition on last nights show was great. Sure would like to know what pickups he was using on that G2. I also know the sound engineer can have a lot to do with broadcast tone as well. Dean is a very versatile picker and sounds great on several instruments. Just my opinion and I am sure there are many others who would agree. |

I thought the show was in segments - The one I watched had Dean playing his Regular steel and someone else playing a Mullen G2 later in the show - Who is this guy?

| I saw the last two shows with the Mullen G2. I did not see a close up of the person playing it but when he played dobro it did not look like Dean. It seems to be in segments because on different songs they are dressed differently. On close ups of the steel I could see Dean playing. |

| I could have sworn it was Dean, but I could be wrong. I did see a G2 on his facebook page. In any event, Dean is a great versatile picker and I enjoy watching and hearing him play. Best wishes. |

Hey guy's
I just now saw this post. I'm still with the Presleys show. I have to explain, I was in the hospital when Presleys taped the last couple of TV shows, the guy on the current TV shows sitting behind my new Mullen is Mark Pearman. Mark will be playing fiddle on the show now starting this year. Cortlandt has moved on to bigger and better things, we will miss him. Mark is an excellent fiddle player, banjo player and is also a steel player. However, he can't play my setup, so I overdubbed the steel parts on my Mullen, so what you hear is me playing the Mullen with Mark sitting behind it. The Presleys just couldn't get by with not having steel. Yes, some of the last 2 or 3 shows were done in segments. I was in the hospital with cellulitis in my right leg, it's all cleared up now and doing much better, I'm feeling pretty good these days, seems like by the end of the year I start feeling run down a little. I'm enjoying a little time off right now, but will look forward to getting back at it and taping some new TV shows with my new Mullen. That guitar is incredible. Thank you all so much for watching the show and your nice comments and your support.

| That's good to hear Dean. I was disappointed at first when I heard the overdubs not matching up with the picking and bar movements, but it makes sense now. |

Hey Dean:
Your explanation clears the air, makes sense and is what I suspected. When I get to watch, I really enjoy the show and especially your great playing and tone. Most of all, I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.
About 25 yrs. ago, while out on my bassboat, I was bitten on the leg by a poisonous spider and got cellulitis in that leg as a follow-up result. It wasn't fun at all. Glad you're through that now and on the mend..!!
