Lap King Rodeo --- a gorgeous looking and sounding 6 string lap steel in excellent condition. These don't come up for sale very often, and cost about $1800 new. This one is several years old, but has been cared for in a non-smoking home. Regrettably, finances dictate I let this one go. Check out on You Tube for several videos by Cindy Cashdollar and others with the Lap King Rodeo. This is also the brand of lap steel that Jerry Douglas plays.

Here is the luthier (Jason Dumont) description of the two pickups on the guitar:

The pick ups are custom wound Lollars. They are wound special to get the sound I was looking for ( Jason Lollar is a wizard!) one of the really cool features with the pick ups are they are jumbo single wound pick ups wound on a humbucker housing and the neck pick up is reverse wound/reverse polarity so when both pick ups are on they work as a large humbucker.

You can have this wonderful lap steel for $1200, which includes a TKL gig bag in excellent condition.

Michael,

Are you the original owner? What's the scale length of the guitar. Also, any blemishes on the finish or chrome?
