Here's my best shot at Steve Palousek's steel on Gary Stewart's "An Empty Glass". This is from Gary's "Live at Billy Bob's" CD. If you like Texas honky tonk steel, Steve P just kills it on the entire album...and it's all live.
I've tabbed everything through the end of the first steel break and also added Steve's second break at the end of the tune.
Here it is on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qt76ZkLHtfI
the first steel break is at 2:25 and the second one at 4:35
Questions, comments, and corrections for how to play it the right way are always welcome!

NOTE: G Pedal: raises 1st string +1, 2nd string +1/2, lowers 6th string -1
H lever: lowers strings 5 and 10 -1/2

Thank you so much, Jeff. Love this album and Steve's playing on it. Though Gary's voice isn't quite what it was in his prime, this show still had tons of that old GS magic.
