I made a big mistake when I ordered my Telonics volume pedal. I ordered it in stereo. My thinking was that I'd use a POD and ruin the 2 outputs to a stereo pedal.

Suffice to say that this didn't work out.

I sent the pedal back to Dave and requested tat the stereo jack be replaced with a mono one. Instead, he completely rebuilt the pedal, with all new parts and circuits. And he did it for free. And he shipped the pedal back in 2 days.

This is service above and beyond the call of duty. This, along with the quality of their products, is why Telonics has such a great reputation.

So, thank you Dave, first for making such a great volume pedal, and again for the terrific service.

Dave Beatty is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He picked me up at my hotel when I was in Phoenix and took me out to the Telonics headquarters. His wildlife tracking business is amazing and he has put many of those resources into designing high quality steel guitar products. I use his volume pedals and have just purchased his 15 inch speaker which sounds great!

Technically, it did. But I had to put the POD before the volume pedal or use special cords with TRS plugs. It was very impractical. If I used a regular cord, one of the outputs would not work.

Now if I use the pod, it's placed after the volume pedal.
