Here is the info from their website. They are made in Oregon.

Warranty

Luker Amplifiers LLC warrants its product to be free from defects for two years
from date of delivery. This covers all parts and labor except tubes. Tubes are
warranted for 90 days from date of delivery. Warranty is valid only if your
amplifier has not been opened, modified or tampered with in any way. Luker
Amplifiers LLC retains the right to nullify any warranty of an amplifier or product
that is not in its original condition.
