I recently got a new Fessenden 3+4 (black) from Bobbe Seymour's Steel Guitar Nashville.I had originally wanted a 3+5,but was sent a 3+4 instead. This was an honest mistake.Bobbe Seymour was a man of his word and told me to call Jerry Fessenden and get whatever i wanted, and he would pick up the costs.Jerry personally called my house and aked me what i wanted. My knee lever will be here any day.Hats off to both men, they standby their word and commitment to the customer.P.S.This is an awesome guitar!!-Jim |

Congratulations on the Fessenden. I have a Fessenden too. Yes, Jerry Fessenden is really great to do business with. From what I hear, Bobbe Seymour is also wonderful. I remember when you got your first steel, an Emmons S-12, fom Nothing New Music, and I still lived in Allentown, NJ. Sounds like you are really spending a lot of time with the instrument. You know, the Fessenden seems to get easier to play, and sound better, each time. Duncan |

Jim, your guitar's twin just arrived to my house from Bobbe as well.. must say Bobbe was GREAT to deal with, and the guitar, well, it speaks for itself!
Anyone know when Jerry started using the new logo on the mica guitars (instead of saying Fessenden Guitar Co. with the little 'longhorn' above the logo, mine just says 'Fessenden' and has a larger longhorn logo below the name)? -- and is it just me, or is the right front (changer end) leg angled farther forward (seems to put the pedals at a better angle toward me! -- something I've seen on a couple Marlens)? Or am I just seeing things?[This message was edited by Gino Iorfida on 25 June 2004 at 06:03 PM.] |

Thank you Jim, we have sold many Fessenden guitars and folks seem to be very happy with the guitars and the service from Jerry. That classic look plus the great tone and design make this one of the finer new guitars available on the market today.
I'm glad you are happy with your guitar, We are here to serve.
Gino! You too! We love ya!
