When I set up my Profex for a gig Friday night I noticed on the display screen :OUTPUT MUTED" I could not get anything to change on the screen no matter what I did. The next day I reinitialized the Profexx back to factory and reloaded the Nemwan settings from the Cache card. What would have caused this? Should I be concerned about battery level even though it never displayed a low battery prompt? In looking at the user guide, there isn't a troubleshooting guide in there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would put in a new battery if it's been more than 3 years. A weak battery can cause all kinds of strange things on the display. It's only a few bucks for the battery and a little preventive maintenance.
Good Luck. Whip
