Question about speakers

The question is can I run 2-15in speakers of different ohms (an 8ohm and a 4ohm) together using a DPC1000 amp?

At the same time? Only unless you are willing to accept some risk and loss of efficiency. Two 4 ohmers in parallel would be 2 ohm, and 8 and a 4 in parallel would be a bit more than 2 ohms (i.e. 8/3rds ohms or 2 and 2/3rds ohms).

What does your manual say? I don't know the minimum output impedance your amp is looking for.
