Comes with the key head clip. And the manual.

Two forum members had contacted me via PM half
interested in my Stroboflip, They were both sent a
reply stating a reduced price that I would take hoping
at least one might say sold, and one did. The other member
sent a reply a short time after saying he would take it,
obviously before I had a chance
to email and tell him it had sold. Unfortunately
deals work out this way sometimes, but I certainly did not mean
to upset anyone . I just worked with the phrase
"first in best dressed"
