There is a Market Wright Pedal Steel on Ebay For Sale At $400.00 Does anybody out there know anything about these guitars. |

From what I can tell from the pictures, It looks like one I just took in trade. If it is, it,s a crude student model. $400 would be a bit steep in my opinion. |

From what I can find out, it came in a kit and you put it together and hoped for the best.

If this is a Market Rite steel, I owned one two decades ago but for only a few months, I'd pass on this one, especially for $400. steve |

I have seen only two of these since I have been playing, they were not very good. I wonder if anyone actually learned to play on one of the Market Rite steels?? If there was ever a $75.00 pedal steel, this is it!

Many years ago, I purchased a kit through Guitar Player Magazine called the "Mark 1" pedal steel with three pedals and one knee lever. You had to finish the body yourself and the mechanism was crude and would not tune correctly. It sold for $150.00. |
