Surprising that the steel guitar is not as unknown as you might think in Italy. Many remember Santo and Johnny and I believe their album sales in Italy were one of their highest.

Italian singer Gianna Nannini (pronounced "janna") composed this tune, along with Gino Pacifico in 2006 and it turns out to be one of her best. It was also translated in English and named "Hold The Moon" and appears on her album "Grazie". This instrumental version has a steel guitar lead, West Coast C6 tuning. The steel guitar was run through a Johnson J-Station with multiple settings. Also participating in the mix was David Das. Other instruments: Roland E-09 and Martin acoustic guitar.
