They have a website, but their contact information just refers you to local dealers. I suspect their products are contract-made somewhere in Asia, so dealing with the factory when you have a problem would be pretty difficult. The dealer where you bought the stand may be able to help with replacement parts, though, or maybe someone here could...if we knew your specific problem.

Thanks Donny, the stand was a gift so I didn't purchase it. In fact I've only used it a couple of times in the past 2 or 3 years. It's been sitting in a nice nylon draw still bag. The problem is, I think the "Specially Formulated Foam Grip" is deteriorating. It's so sticky it feels like pine tree sap. You grab ahold of it, you have to go wash your hands. Never seen anything like it in my life.

This is the model I own.

It's a mystery why stand builders keep using this stuff. It's a common and well known problem with foam. It either gets sticky or crumbles and falls apart. I guess a more stable soft rubber compound is too expensive. I used clear tubing from the hardware store to redress the upper and lower yokes on my stand. Been there for 25 yrs. with no deterioration or problems otherwise even leaving the guitar in it for weeks or mos. at a time.

It had the surgical tubing when I bought it and that lasted only about a year or two before it got sticky and gooey.

Good luck. I hope the distributor or agent will offer you some help with your issue.
