My iTunes base computer is a MacPro. I manually manage iPhone music with the iPhone connected to the MacPro. There are still a few Christmas songs in the iPhone that don't show up as being on the iPhone when connected to the MacPro. Therefore I can't delete them--or can I (somehow)? _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |

On your iPhone, launch the Music app.
1) Select My Music from the drop down listing.
2) Select Songs to categorize your music by song.
3) Scroll to the song you want to delete.
4) Tap the ellipsis (...) to the right of the song
5) From the menu select Delete... at the bottom. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel

What ellipsis? (I'm running IOS7 on an iPhone 4. And even that is a lot more cutting-edge than I can stand.) Some songs with long titles have ellipses but tapping them is in effect tapping the title which only serves to make the damn things play. (There are a lot more "phone" songs than I previously thought that the computer doesn't show as being on the iPhone.) _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |
