I bought a MSA the other day. It's one fine guitar. I needed a few parts. I called Tom Bradshaw and he went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed, and his prices were very reasonable too. I got the parts yesterday and everything fit exactly and looks great. I recommend Tom 100%. Yes the MSA is heavy, but it's a tone monster, and it plays so nice.

A few years ago, I was selling some MSA parts on the forum and Tom wound up purchasing them. The price was $200, which I thought was a fair amount. Tom emailed me and said I wasn't charging him enough !!!! I responded "that's what I quoted you." Well, I sent him the parts and, in return, he sent me one issue of each magazine he published back in the day, PLUS, a CD of Buddy Emmons' "Steel Guitar Jazz in Four Wheel Drive" !

How cool is that ?

Tom IS one of the GOOD ONES ! Very Happy

Mr. Bradshaw is and always has been a true Gentleman in my dealings with him, which now is getting way on in years. You can't go wrong here. What ever Tom tells you, you can take to the Bank. Many would do well to follow this Gentleman.

I bought a spare Emmons volume pedal pot from Tom. Great pot, good price and quick shipping. His magazine was VERY helpful back in the day before the inter web and you tube for anyone interested in steel guitar.

Tom is the first "long distance" vendor I encountered when I started in 1981. He has been one honest cat and as Cartwright has said: so helpful! I've tried to pattern all my music dealings like Tom does! RP

It bears remembering that not only is Tom a great guy and wonderful dealer and resource, but he spent years of time and untold personal effort and expense to promote the steel through publications and the incredible collection of steel guitar record club albums, still available through the forum. Yay Tom!

Back in the day of starting to learn things about the steel guitar, Tom had whatever info you needed. I am talking late sixty's. I have the complete set of the Steel Guitar Albums he did at that time. A lot of info to say the least. He has always responded to any order or question very fast and on top of it all he is a very fine Gentleman. J.R. Rose
