This reminds me of the kind of pop songs Bobby Black played in 1980 on his Honky Cat album. They labeled it new wave back then, still have that album. It was produced by Steel Guitar Magazine. Seen a recent
Youtube video of Bobby playing at a party, I think in Hawaii were I believe he lives.
This would make a great project tune. Good job
