I have had a lot of interest in the book and CD I have set the price at $50. May be a little high but this book is worth it. First offer gets it.

One of the best books ever written for pedal steel. Clark, you'll really enjoy this one.

Did Pixenbar Music (Jimmy Crawford's publishing company) ever put out any other books or products? They had big plans, but to my knowledge this is all they released.

I think you'll only find it second-hand from someone here on the Forum, Clark; try a WTB ad in For Sale: Music... That may turn up a copy someone isn't using anymore. Incredibly rich resource, and well designed, high quality printing with comb binding. Good luck!
