New info:

Twin Reverb/Vibrosonic Cab with 1962 15" Oxford

See Pictures, you be the judge:

On speaker:
15T8-S8
465-233
(Oxford, 33rd week of 1962)

Chassis space is 24 1/2" x 2" x 9 3/4", give or take a 16th" or so,
basically a twin cab with a 15". Will fit a twin, pro reverb, etc. chassis.

I've not blasted this speaker, just enough volume to test it out.

Going from the speaker info, the speaker dates
from 1962, I was assuming the cab was from the same era.

But someone has advised me that the cabinet
probably dates from '71-'73, and probably had
a D130 in it originally.

Speaker works well. Tube chart is on the inner left
side of the cab, no idea if this is date related, no stamp
on label, but if it was fake, they'd probably put it on the
inner right side.

If you just want the cab, or just the speaker, feel free to
make a reasonable offer. on either. Shipping available to
the lower 48.

Best to call me at

301-559-1646 (best) or
202-316-0259

Thanks again,

Steve

I also have a new, unused grill for the same
for $80 (I mean 15" Twin size with grill cloth, shipping container, etc.)

It's best to just call me at

301-559-1646

I can't send this right now, so it's
local pickup only at this point.

Thanks again,

Steve

I believe Oxford was using that same code scheme in the early 70's so, is it possible the speaker is from that year instead (i.e. same as the cab)? Just wondering...

But were they using that label? You may be
right just the same.

Thanks,

Steve
