Up for sale is my 2003 Beard Maple E Model Resophonic guitar. It is an orange burst with LOTS of flame. Flame maple binding. Excellent condition. This guitar was made before JD made them famous and was still playing a horn. Crisp, clear tone. It really rings out. If I didn't have to thin the heard a bit, I would be hanging onto this just for nostalgia's sake, but I don't play it enough and would love to see it go to a good home.

Comes with original HSC (TKL archtop) and serial document signed by Paul Beard.

These are going new for $3700.00. This one is almost new and has aged enough to open up with great tone! Asking $3200.00 plus shipping.

Thanks for looking!

These are great guitars. You don't see many of these E Models on the secondary market; they just sound too good and play too well to sell, so people hang on to them. This one looks to be in great shape. I've played several of these over the years, all exemplary guitars.
