Virtually like new! Very low playing time, never out of the house pedal steel. I bought this from a friend to use as a rehearsal studio steel but I don't want to change the knee levers to my set up .
This is a 2005 GFI S-10U 3 & 4 Black and Aluminum with case and cover.
Emmons set up.. E raise LKL E lowers LKR
It's a super clean steel. It still had the original strings on it!
I put a new set of Cobra Coils on it and it plays and sounds great. I have not made any other adjustments at all .. It is like it just left the factory.
All the specs are available on the website
http://www.gfimusicalproducts.com/ultra.html
Brushed Aluminum Finish with Durable Epoxy Clear Coating
Maple Die Board Bodies with Gloss Laminate Finish
24†Scale
Stainless Steel Changer Fingers
One Piece Key Heads
Grover Keys
GFI-II Pickup(s)
Triple Raise, Double Lower Changers
6 Position Bell Cranks
Adjustable Lowering Springs
Deflection Minimizing Crossrod Bearing Caps
Stainless Steel Screws, Pull Rods, and Pedal Rods
Denim Leg Bag, 3/16†Hex Tuning Wrench, 5/64†Allen Wrench
Hardshell Carpet Covered Case
This is the first GFI I ever played, they are really well designed, which I expected from Gene Fields. Very much like an MSA underneath, easy to adjust and maintenance free.
$1750, I am flexible and will consider offers and paying shipping or at least a portion of it.
